Coca-Cola is one of the best known brands in the world, and they spend billions of dollars every year to make sure you know it. What they don’t want you to know about is water depletion in India, water pollution in El Salvador or the murder of union leaders in Columbia one of them right inside the bottling plant. During World War II, Coca-Cola was one of the most popular drinks in Nazi Germany, but eventually the war prevented them from getting certain ingredients in Germany.

So they invented Fanta.
